Romana Kryzanowska, an original student of Joseph Pilates has passed away on Friday, August 30th, 2013. As a first generation teacher in the Pilates community, she will be missed dearly.
Although I did not learn from her directly, I am a beneficiary or her exceptional talent, passion and inspiration through one of her students. I am forever grateful.
My prayers are with her family and loved ones.
